Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Nutella
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions:

  1. Measure the Nutella into your microwave safe bowl. Use a rubber spatula to get every bit out of the measuring cup.
  2. Add the milk to the Nutella and whisk with a fork. Mix until the surface is glossy and no milk is visible.
  3. Add the first tablespoon of all purpose flour to the mixture. Adding flour gradually prevents the dough from becoming lumpy.
  4. Stir the flour in completely before adding the second tablespoon.
  5. Continue adding the flour one tablespoon at a time. Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms.
  6. Use the back of your spoon or fork to press the dough down into an even layer.
  7. Clean the edges of the bowl with a damp paper towel. Any stray bits of dough on the rim will burn quickly.
  8. Place the bowl in the center of the microwave.
  9. Heat on high for 50 seconds. Stop when the edges look matte and set.
  10. Let the cookie sit for 60 seconds inside the microwave. Carryover heat finishes the center without drying out the edges.
