Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions:
- Measure the Nutella into your microwave safe bowl. Use a rubber spatula to get every bit out of the measuring cup.
- Add the milk to the Nutella and whisk with a fork. Mix until the surface is glossy and no milk is visible.
- Add the first tablespoon of all purpose flour to the mixture. Adding flour gradually prevents the dough from becoming lumpy.
- Stir the flour in completely before adding the second tablespoon.
- Continue adding the flour one tablespoon at a time. Mix until a thick, tacky dough forms.
- Use the back of your spoon or fork to press the dough down into an even layer.
- Clean the edges of the bowl with a damp paper towel. Any stray bits of dough on the rim will burn quickly.
- Place the bowl in the center of the microwave.
- Heat on high for 50 seconds. Stop when the edges look matte and set.
- Let the cookie sit for 60 seconds inside the microwave. Carryover heat finishes the center without drying out the edges.
