Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 0.5 large frozen banana, sliced
  • 0.33 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 0.25 cup grain-free granola
  • 6 fresh blackberries
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Add the almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender base first, followed by the protein powder, frozen banana coins, and finally the frozen mixed berries.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest setting. Use a tamper to push frozen ingredients into the blades. Increase speed to medium-high for 45–60 seconds until a thick, four-clover vortex forms.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a pre-chilled bowl. Garnish with hemp hearts, grain-free granola, fresh blackberries, and a drizzle of honey.
