Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups frozen mixed berries
- 0.5 large frozen banana, sliced
- 0.33 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 0.25 cup grain-free granola
- 6 fresh blackberries
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions:
- Add the almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender base first, followed by the protein powder, frozen banana coins, and finally the frozen mixed berries.
- Start the blender on its lowest setting. Use a tamper to push frozen ingredients into the blades. Increase speed to medium-high for 45–60 seconds until a thick, four-clover vortex forms.
- Transfer the mixture into a pre-chilled bowl. Garnish with hemp hearts, grain-free granola, fresh blackberries, and a drizzle of honey.
