Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf (225g) French Bread
  • 20ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 120ml Premium Pizza Sauce
  • 150g Whole-milk Mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded
  • 40g Mini Pepperoni
  • 5g Dried Oregano
  • 10g Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Use a serrated knife to cut the French bread in half lengthwise, then slice into sections (approximately 6 inches) that fit your air fryer basket.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the extra virgin olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the cut side of the bread generously with the mixture.
  3. Place the bread in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 90 seconds to create a 'Fat Barrier' that prevents sauce from making the bread soggy.
  4. Remove bread and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, leaving a 1/4 inch border at the edges.
  5. Layer the shredded mozzarella heavily over the sauce to anchor toppings.
  6. Add the mini pepperoni and sprinkle with dried oregano.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for an additional 6-8 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
