Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Pat the chicken breast cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture and season them with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and all-purpose flour. Toss the seasoned chicken cubes in the mixture until evenly coated, shaking off any excess powder.
- Cook the chicken using one of three methods: Pan-fry in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side; Air Fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes; or Bake on a parchment-lined sheet at 425°F (220°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
- Immediately add the hot chicken to the sauce and toss quickly to coat. Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
