Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon zest

Instructions:

  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat with an electric hand mixer on medium speed for 60 seconds until the texture is smooth and glossy to prevent lumps.
  2. Add the entire jar of marshmallow creme to the bowl. Start the mixer on low speed to contain the creme, then gradually increase to medium-high.
  3. Whip the mixture for 2–3 minutes until it reaches a uniform color and forms soft peaks when the beaters are lifted.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and fold in the vanilla extract and lemon zest. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
