Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar

Instructions:

  1. Place the 3 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 1 tbsp Garlic Powder, and 1 tbsp Onion Powder in a small glass bowl.
  2. Incorporate the 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper, and 1 tsp White Pepper into the mix.
  3. Whisk in the 1 tsp Dried Oregano and 1 tsp Dried Thyme. Ensure no large clumps of herbs remain.
  4. Add the 1 tbsp Kosher Salt and 1 tsp Light Brown Sugar.
  5. Use a fork or a small whisk to blend until the color is a uniform, deep brick red until no white streaks of garlic or onion powder are visible.
