Ingredients:
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 2 cups Mini Pretzel Twists
- 1 cup Salted Roasted Peanuts
- 1 cup Festive M&Ms
- 12 oz High-Quality White Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
- 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
Instructions:
- In your largest bowl, gently toss 720ml (3 cups) Rice Chex, 720ml (3 cups) Corn Chex, 720ml (3 cups) Wheat Chex, 480ml (2 cups) pretzels, and 240ml (1 cup) peanuts.
- Line two large pans with parchment paper.
- Place 340g (12 oz) white chocolate chips and 15ml (1 tbsp) coconut oil in a glass bowl.
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until completely smooth and flowing.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture in a steady stream.
- Use a spatula to lift cereal from the bottom to the top until every piece has a translucent sheen.
- Toss in 240ml (1 cup) festive M&Ms.
- Transfer half the mix to a large zip top bag with 120ml (0.5 cup) powdered sugar and shake until the mix looks frosted.
- Pour the mix onto the prepared pans and let sit for 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
