Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Rice Chex
  • 3 cups Corn Chex
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex
  • 2 cups Mini Pretzel Twists
  • 1 cup Salted Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 cup Festive M&Ms
  • 12 oz High-Quality White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions:

  1. In your largest bowl, gently toss 720ml (3 cups) Rice Chex, 720ml (3 cups) Corn Chex, 720ml (3 cups) Wheat Chex, 480ml (2 cups) pretzels, and 240ml (1 cup) peanuts.
  2. Line two large pans with parchment paper.
  3. Place 340g (12 oz) white chocolate chips and 15ml (1 tbsp) coconut oil in a glass bowl.
  4. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until completely smooth and flowing.
  5. Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture in a steady stream.
  6. Use a spatula to lift cereal from the bottom to the top until every piece has a translucent sheen.
  7. Toss in 240ml (1 cup) festive M&Ms.
  8. Transfer half the mix to a large zip top bag with 120ml (0.5 cup) powdered sugar and shake until the mix looks frosted.
  9. Pour the mix onto the prepared pans and let sit for 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm to the touch.
