Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) frozen mixed berries
  • 1 medium (120g) frozen banana, sliced
  • ½ cup (75g) fresh mango chunks
  • 1 cup (240ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup (120g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (20g) honey

Instructions:

  1. Pour the milk and Greek yogurt into the blender first, followed by the vanilla extract and chia seeds.
  2. Add the fresh mango, then top with the frozen berries and frozen banana.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed to break up the large frozen chunks, then gradually increase to high speed, blending for 45–60 seconds until the mixture looks glossy and moves in a consistent vortex.
  4. Check the thickness; if too thick, add another ¼ cup (60ml) of milk and pulse for 10 seconds. If too thin, add 2-3 extra frozen berries and blend again.
