Ingredients:
- 60 ml (2 oz) Elderflower Liqueur
- 90 ml (3 oz) Chilled Prosecco
- 30 ml (1 oz) Sparkling Mineral Water
- 1 Fresh Mint Sprig (6-8 large leaves)
- 2 Thin Lemon or Lime Slices
- 1 handful Large Ice Cubes
Instructions:
- Place the fresh mint leaves in the palm of one hand and firmly smack them with the other to release the essential oils. Drop them into a chilled wine glass.
- Add the elderflower liqueur to the glass and let it sit for 30 seconds to infuse with the mint.
- Fill the glass to the brim with large, solid ice cubes.
- Pour in the chilled Prosecco followed by the sparkling mineral water.
- Gently lift the ingredients from the bottom using a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.
- Garnish with lemon or lime slices and serve immediately.
