Ingredients:

  • 60 ml (2 oz) Elderflower Liqueur
  • 90 ml (3 oz) Chilled Prosecco
  • 30 ml (1 oz) Sparkling Mineral Water
  • 1 Fresh Mint Sprig (6-8 large leaves)
  • 2 Thin Lemon or Lime Slices
  • 1 handful Large Ice Cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place the fresh mint leaves in the palm of one hand and firmly smack them with the other to release the essential oils. Drop them into a chilled wine glass.
  2. Add the elderflower liqueur to the glass and let it sit for 30 seconds to infuse with the mint.
  3. Fill the glass to the brim with large, solid ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the chilled Prosecco followed by the sparkling mineral water.
  5. Gently lift the ingredients from the bottom using a bar spoon to combine without losing carbonation.
  6. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and serve immediately.
