- 1 tsp Ground black pepper (2g)
Instructions:
- In a clean, dry mixing bowl, combine the onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, smoked paprika, cayenne, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
- Use a whisk or fork to thoroughly mix the spices, making sure to break up any clumps in the brown sugar or onion powder to ensure a uniform distribution of flavor.
- For a finer consistency that adheres better to seafood, pulse the mixture in a spice grinder for 3 seconds.
- Transfer the seasoning to an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dark place.
