Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Limoncello
  • 3 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Club Soda
  • 0.5 fresh Lemon
  • 2 fresh Mint sprigs
  • 1 cup Large ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Chill your wine glass. Place it in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill with ice water while you prep. Prepare the lemon for garnish and pick a fresh sprig of mint.
  2. Discard any melted water from the glass and add fresh, large ice cubes. Pour in 2 ounces of Limoncello, followed by 3 ounces of Prosecco.
  3. Top the glass with 1 ounce of club soda. Use a long bar spoon to perform one single, gentle vertical lift from the bottom to incorporate the ingredients without losing carbonation.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist and a slapped mint sprig to release the essential oils before serving.
