Ingredients:
- 2 oz Limoncello
- 3 oz Prosecco
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 0.5 fresh Lemon
- 2 fresh Mint sprigs
- 1 cup Large ice cubes
Instructions:
- Chill your wine glass. Place it in the freezer for 5 minutes or fill with ice water while you prep. Prepare the lemon for garnish and pick a fresh sprig of mint.
- Discard any melted water from the glass and add fresh, large ice cubes. Pour in 2 ounces of Limoncello, followed by 3 ounces of Prosecco.
- Top the glass with 1 ounce of club soda. Use a long bar spoon to perform one single, gentle vertical lift from the bottom to incorporate the ingredients without losing carbonation.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a slapped mint sprig to release the essential oils before serving.
