Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Note: This removes any debris or wax.
- Pat them completely dry with a paper towel until the skins are matte and not glistening.
- Hull the strawberries by slicing off the green tops.
- Slice larger strawberries in half to create a uniform size that matches the blueberries.
- Slide one strawberry half onto the bamboo skewer.
- Add one mini marshmallow.
- Slide one blueberry onto the skewer until it sits snug against the marshmallow.
- Repeat the strawberry marshmallow-blueberry pattern until the skewer is full.
- Leave about 1 inch at the bottom for a handle.
- Arrange the finished skewers on a platter in a star pattern until they look festive and organized.
