Ingredients:

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the strawberries and blueberries under cold water. Note: This removes any debris or wax.
  2. Pat them completely dry with a paper towel until the skins are matte and not glistening.
  3. Hull the strawberries by slicing off the green tops.
  4. Slice larger strawberries in half to create a uniform size that matches the blueberries.
  5. Slide one strawberry half onto the bamboo skewer.
  6. Add one mini marshmallow.
  7. Slide one blueberry onto the skewer until it sits snug against the marshmallow.
  8. Repeat the strawberry marshmallow-blueberry pattern until the skewer is full.
  9. Leave about 1 inch at the bottom for a handle.
  10. Arrange the finished skewers on a platter in a star pattern until they look festive and organized.
