Ingredients:
- 32 oz Plain Greek Yogurt (Full-fat or 2% recommended)
- 2 tbsp Grade A Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp Freshly grated lemon zest
- 2 cups Fresh Strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 cup Fresh Raspberries or Blackberries
- 1 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 cups Honey-almond granola
- 0.25 cup Toasted sliced almonds or chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, and lemon zest until the mixture is glossy and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, gently toss the prepared strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with the fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavor and prevent oxidation.
- Begin assembly by spooning 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture into the bottom of four 12oz wide-mouth mason jars or glasses.
- Add a dense layer of the mixed berries over the base yogurt layer.
- Spread another thin layer of yogurt over the berries; this acts as a moisture barrier to protect the crunch of the next layer.
- Top with the honey-almond granola and a sprinkle of toasted almonds or chia seeds if desired.
