Ingredients:

  • 8 oz softened low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions:

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually fold in the Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix until the texture is velvety and no lumps remain.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a shallow serving bowl or platter. Smooth the top with a rubber spatula and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the dip to set.
  4. Arrange the blueberries in a crescent on one side and the sliced strawberries on the other, leaving a clean white stripe of dip down the center.
  5. Drizzle the honey over the berries for a glossy finish.
