Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila (100% De Agave)
  • 1.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp light agave nectar
  • 15 ml fresh orange juice
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp fresh lime zest
  • 1 fresh lime wheel

Instructions:

  1. Combine 1 tbsp sea salt and 1 tsp fresh lime zest on a small saucer, mixing well to release the citrus oils into the salt.
  2. Run a spent lime wedge around the rim of a rocks glass, then dip the rim into the lime-salt mixture to coat.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz Blanco tequila, 1.5 oz fresh lime juice, 1 tsp agave nectar, and 15 ml fresh orange juice.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 30 seconds to ensure proper aeration and chilling.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a fresh lime wheel and serve immediately.
