Instructions:

- Place the pan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes until the liquid transforms from cloudy to a clear, slightly thickened consistency.
- Remove the pan from the heat immediately. Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Allow the syrup to cool for 5 minutes before pouring it into a glass jar.
