Instructions:

  1. Combine the water, allulose blend, and salt in a small saucepan. Whisk vigorously for 30 seconds to ensure the sweetener is evenly distributed before applying heat.
  2. Place the pan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring constantly for 3 to 5 minutes until the liquid transforms from cloudy to a clear, slightly thickened consistency.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat immediately. Stir in the vanilla extract and ground cinnamon. Allow the syrup to cool for 5 minutes before pouring it into a glass jar.
