Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup allulose
- 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
- 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Add the water, allulose, and salt to a small saucepan and stir before heating to ensure the sweetener is evenly distributed.
- Place the pan over medium heat and bring the liquid to a gentle simmer, whisking occasionally for 8–10 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly and becomes glossy.
- Remove the pan from the heat immediately and stir in the vanilla extract to preserve the aromatic compounds.
