Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup allulose
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Add the water, allulose, and salt to a small saucepan and stir before heating to ensure the sweetener is evenly distributed.
  2. Place the pan over medium heat and bring the liquid to a gentle simmer, whisking occasionally for 8–10 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly and becomes glossy.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat immediately and stir in the vanilla extract to preserve the aromatic compounds.
