Ingredients:
- 4 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 4 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups white grape juice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 cups non-alcoholic blue curacao syrup
- 2 cups lemonade
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 cups sparkling water
- 2 cups ginger ale
Instructions:
- Pour the blue curacao syrup, lemonade, and fresh blueberries into the bottom of your glass bowl. Note: This creates the heavy base.
- Stir the blue mixture gently and put it in the fridge for 2 hours until it's thoroughly chilled.
- Mix the pineapple juice, white grape juice, and coconut milk in a separate pitcher.
- Hold a spoon against the inside wall of the bowl and slowly pour the white mixture over the back of the spoon until it sits on top of the blue.
- Combine the unsweetened cranberry juice and pomegranate juice in another pitcher.
- Carefully pour the red mixture over the back of the spoon on top of the white layer until you see three distinct bands.
- Pour in the sparkling water and ginger ale right before the guests arrive. Note: This keeps the bubbles active.
- Gently fold the liquid once with the long spoon until the bubbles are distributed but layers remain.
- Carefully fold in the halved strawberries, raspberries, and frozen pineapple chunks until they float throughout the colors.
