Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups (225g) Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- ½ cup (125g) Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
- ½ cup (170g) Raw Honey
- ½ tsp Sea Salt
- ½ cup (80g) Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides to act as a sling. Measure out the rolled oats into a large mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the creamy peanut butter, raw honey, and sea salt. Stir constantly until the mixture is fluid and completely smooth, but do not let it boil.
- Pour the warm peanut butter and honey mixture over the oats. Use a sturdy spatula to fold the ingredients together until every oat is thoroughly coated.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips. Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly using a flat spatula or the bottom of a measuring cup to eliminate air pockets.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours. Once firm, lift the bars out using the parchment sling and slice into 12 even rectangles.
