Ingredients:

  • 250g Bread Flour
  • 160ml Warm Water
  • 1 tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 0.5 tsp Fine Sea Salt
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 0.5 cup Dark Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1.5 tbsp Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch Fine Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven and pizza stone to 475°F (245°C). On a floured surface, stretch the dough into a 12-inch circle, aiming for a thinner center and a slightly raised edge. Transfer to parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dark brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until it forms a thick, spreadable paste.
  3. Using an offset spatula, spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 0.5-inch border around the edges.
  4. Slide the pizza onto the hot stone. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the sugar is bubbling.
  5. While the pizza bakes, whisk the cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Drizzle over the warm pizza before serving.
