Hi there! I'm Rachel, a mom of three energetic kids, a former marketing executive, and your go-to guide for surviving busy mornings without sacrificing a good breakfast.

My journey into quick cooking started seven years ago when I returned to work after my third child. Between school drop-offs, conference calls, and endless laundry, I realized that traditional breakfast routines just weren't going to cut it. So I started experimenting — timing myself, simplifying recipes, and finding ways to create nutritious meals in literally five minutes or less.

What began as a personal survival strategy turned into a passion. I discovered that quick doesn't have to mean boring or unhealthy. My 5-minute oatmeal has more flavor than most 30-minute versions. My smoothie bowls are Instagram-worthy but take less time than brewing coffee. And my breakfast quesadillas? They've converted my picky eaters into morning meal enthusiasts.

When I'm not developing recipes for 5 Mins Recipes, you'll find me carpooling kids to soccer practice, attempting yoga (emphasis on attempting), or enjoying a rare quiet moment with a good book and — of course — a quick homemade snack.
